Blackpool Bargains – Our town is full of bargains and discounts if you know where to look for them – We just need a place to “put them all” that’s easy to find and share.
Luckily we’ve set up this page and an accompanying Blackpool Bargains facebook group where local businesses and local people can post and find out about great local offers and discounts that already exist for locals in the town. We don’t mind if you use the Blackpool Bargains group to sell items too – like an online marketplace with a decent admin team.
We would like to encourage our readers to join the growing Blackpool Bargains group and post about any local discounts or offers you think others might find helpful.

Blackpool Zoo
Blackpool Bargains at the Zoo are usually announced March – or occasionally offers become available at the end of summer. You need to check with the Zoo to find out what their latest deals and offers are – They often announce their locals deals on their facebook page.
Former Merlin Attractions (Blackpool Tourism Ltd)

Sandcastle (Blackpool Tourism Ltd)
Everyone who can prove they have an FY postcode can qualify for discounted entry at Blackpool Sandcastle – You must check that this offer is still valid before making a booking though. ~

Pleasure Beach Resort
The Wylde Coasters scheme is exclusively available to FY and PR postcode residents only (proof of residence will be required upon purchase at the ticket centre). Proof of residency may include the following:
• Current utility bill
• Current bank statement
• Drivers licence
All proof must have the individuals full name and postcode clearly visible. The at the gate offer is valid for purchases of up to four eTickets in one transaction.

2026 Locals GOLD pass
This is an actual Blackpool Bargain – For an unknown length of time – the Pleasure Beach Resort is offering an “unlimited” gold pass for locals priced at £85 showing a discount of £65. This offer could end at any time or could change price. For more info – click HERE
Walkabout, Blackpool
Walkabout operate the “Mates Rates” cards. You will need to contact them via email to find out about getting one. They also offer occasional downloads via the MIXR app which works at all Stonegate venues across the resort.
Showtown Museum
Blackpool residents who pay council tax to Blackpool council are eligible for a free visit.
Blackpool residents tickets should be booked in advance via our website or by phone and are only available to permanent residents within the following postcode areas.
FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6 7QN, FY6 7QP, FY6 7QS, FY6 7QX, FY8 3YG or FY8 5RR.
You will be required to produce proof of address on admission to the museum.
